HHH is a nongovernmental organization to support children from Nepal, This Himalayan Helping Heart is established under the act of Nepal Government in 2008. Normally the governmental schools are free of cost but the buying stationary materials are out of reach for poor children for which we are supporting.

Himalayan Helping Heart (HHH) holding small vision to make the children smile, small steps to change their life through individual’s commitment and good heart to fill the gap between poverty and education. Himalayan Helping Heart (HHH), aiming to educate students from remote part of Nepal who need financial support. HHH closely work with students, giving financial support and taking a long term vision to generate income through various activities for those mothers need support.

Being one of the founder members of HHH, I, Pemba Nuru Sherpa from Everest Region, Khunde Village, I myself is sponsored by Mr. William P. Hungerford (Bill) from New Jersey, USA. Through the years of sponsorship, I myself is being able to complete my Bachelor in Business and since then I worked in various companies. As my love of nature and travel made me choose Trekking is my profession. In during this, in 2007 I been with three teachers, Jayne Stringfellow, Heidi Tasso and Serene, from St. George, Utah, USA to Everest Base Camp Trek. At the end of trek we just made small conversation to help kids from Himalaya. The following year Jayne right started with her students to raise funds by selling Tootsie Pops "Project Tootsie Pop"and I started to establish HHH to make this funds flow to right hand in right way. In 2008 Jayne planed to trek again back to Everest Base Camp and this time, another two teachers from Chicago, USA, Nicole Miller and Jana Yetzke joined the team. Nicole and Jana both raised funds to support the students from Himalaya as well.

This world is very small but in this small world, there are beautiful hearts, those hearts are happy and smiling, those hearts are loving and kind which help to make this world a beautiful place to live. Keeping everyone in chain of loving bubbles. Nepal being a developing country, many kids still need financial support to complete their education. Normal per day wages in Nepal is USD 2-3, it will leave less than USD 90 per month gives hard to get their children to go to school. Most of the family depends upon their farming and hey have hard to have cash in hand. The traditional farming will not help them to uplift their living, if small training is given in cash crops farming will drastically change the whole family groups in small village.
